Future Opening: Maintenance Technician (Entry Level)
Full Time • St. Louis
Property Management Company seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks for residential apartments and condominiums. Normal working hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Maintain appearance of properties
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Painting, cleaning, and grounds work
- Be able to move appliances and shovel snow
- Assist in making ready of apartments
- Full time and Part time positions available.
Qualifications:
- Must maintain a professional and courteous manner
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be able to travel between job sites throughout the day using your own vehicle
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Experience in maintenance or other related fields is a plus
